Our Metals lab experts check the chemistry of every heat to ensure that the customer specifications are met with in-process. The Metals lab experts conduct:
- Chemical analysis by Spectro Meter- 29 Elements.
- Microstructure and Image analyzer.
- Tensile testing.
- Hardness testing (For Hi Cr castings we have Kings & Portable Rebound Harness Tester).
- Impact testing.
- Radiation Check Meter - For checking traces of radioactive elements.
- Digital Coating thickness Meter – For Checking Painting thickness.
Non Destructive Testing
